Welcome to our first Knit-Along (KAL) here at The Knitting Circle, featuring Anna Johanna's exciting Neon Knots Mystery Sweater. This MKAL is set to run from August to September 2024, and we’re thrilled to embark on this knitting adventure together!
About the Neon Knots Mystery Sweater:
Yarn Weight: Fingering
Color: Solid
Languages: Finnish, English, German
Construction: Top-down, seamless, with a unique shoulder construction, V neck, set-in sleeves, and adorned with various cable patterns.
This is a mystery sweater, so prepare for surprises! Clues will be revealed one at a time on the following schedule:
Clue 1: August 9th, 2024
Clue 2: August 13th
Clue 3: August 16th
Clue 4: August 18th
Clue 5: August 20th
Clue 6: August 21st
Clue 7: September 4th
Clue 8: September 8th
Clue 9: September 13th
Clue 10: September 23rd

Choosing Yarn and Supplies:
The sweater requires fingering weight yarn in a single solid color. Choose a yarn that speaks to you!
Sample yarn: Cecily Grove Yarns Merlen (or similar), single-ply merino/linen blend.
Gauge: 27 sts x 38 rnds = 4x4’’ / 10x10 cm in cable patterns worked in the round on US 4 (3.5 mm) needles.
Size and Fit:
The sweater is designed with positive ease. Select a size with approximately 3.25’’ / 8 cm positive ease at the bust circumference.
